Casio G-Shock has introduced the new Training Timer Series, consisting of six new men’s watches featuring Bluetooth Connectivity for tracking fitness activity. They are designed to match all casual and athletic wear, come in a mid-size case, and have a 3-axis acceleration sensor that keeps track of your step count, a countdown timer that allows up to 20 timer combinations with up to 5 timers each, and lap memory. Use the dedicated G-SHOCK Connected app on your smartphone for further support of your daily fitness and track movement. A new algorithm developed by CASIO allows the display of a graph on your app which breaks down daily steps take in each of 5 metabolic levels, based on the step count and walking place. The app also displays exact location and time of day your calories were burned, making it very useful for interval training.
