The Lyric Thermostat by Honeywell will adjust your home temperatures based on smartphone location. When you are away, it optimizes for savings; when you are home, it optimizes for comfort. With the Lyric App (available on Google Play or The App Store), homeowners can change their home’s temperature wherever they are.
Besides the smartphone, the temperature can still be managed using Honeywell’s round dial control on the thermostat. When you walk up to the thermostat, its motion sensor causes the display to turn on and show current temperature and the home’s heating or cooling status.
