Panasonic’s new Bread Maker with gluten-free baking mode (model SD-YR2500) is coming this September to offer you a way to make fluffy and tasty gluten-free breads at home. Unlike standard bread maker models, the Panasonic Bread Maker (SD-YR2500) offers a short-rise feature which enables you to bake gluten-free foods using a wide range of recipes.

PRIMARY FEATURES:
-Features 16 baking modes-including settings for white bread, French bread, pizza dough and pasta dough, and gluten-free mode
-Exceptional kneading technology for mixing ingredients evenly
-Features an external temperature sensor which measures ambient temperatures while baking and makes necessary adjustments to the program to ensure consistent results
-Can make large (approx. 1.4 lbs. for white bread) and extra large (approx. 2.2 lbs. for white bread) vertical loaves
-Yeast dispenser adds yeast at optimal timing
-Removable and washable raisin and nut dispense distributes added ingredients evenly and at the ideal time in the baking process
