Garmin has devised a great new tool to help you reach your health and fitness goals: the Index Smart Scale, a connected scale that measures weight, body mass index, body fat percentage, water percentage, muscle mass and bone mass. It will support multiple users (up to 16), recognize each user and automatically upload data to each individual Garmin Connect account(Garmin Connect is a free online fitness community). By simply stepping on the scale, it will recognize the user and wirelessly sync their measurements, making their data available online or in the recently updated Garmin Connect mobile app.
